Cantaloupe is one of the healthiest fruits on the planet.

It has been ranked number three on Ranker.com’s list as one of the most healthiest fruits to eat. Cantaloupe juice is not only tasty, cool, and refreshing, it is also a good source of vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin A, and folate. It is also very high in vitamin C. Because of this, one of the main benefits is the fact that it is loaded with immune system boosting nutrients and various antioxidants.

How to Juice the Cantaloupe

When making cantaloupe juice, you can juice the whole fruit; including the rind. A large portion of the nutrients is in the rind. When you juice the entire cantaloupe, rind and all, you will reap more of the health benefits than you would by eating the fruit whole.

If you are going to juice the rind, ensure that you purchase the cantaloupe organic, if possible. Whether you buy organic or not, make sure that you wash the fruit well before you begin to juice.

Recipe Notes

If you choose to juice the rind, ensure that you purchase the cantaloupe organic, if possible. Whether you buy organic or not, make sure that you wash the fruit well before you begin to juice.

Adding cantaloupe juice to your diet has tremendous health benefits. The high amount of beta-carotene and vitamin C (antioxidant) in cantaloupe makes it an excellent fruit in helping to prevent many degenerative diseases. (Cantaloupe, It’s What’s Inside That Really Counts)

Juicing is one of the best things that you can do for your health; it takes the nutrients from fresh fruit and vegetables and delivers them in the most easily processed, readily digestible form for your body.
