St. Patrick’s Day Super Juice Recipe – Designed To Wake You Up

Check out this healthy St. Patrick’s Day” Super Juice” recipe sent to us by Cris at JustJuice Spain.

To celebrate St Patricks Day, we’ve made a super special “Luck o’ The Irish Nutrition Boosting Juice” from JustJuice Spain! More and more people are wanting to give their nutrition a kick and this super tasting juice is designed to wake you up in the morning… more than a shot of strong coffee! The ginger is proven to settle a poorly stomach whilst the celery is a good source of folate, potassium, Vitamin B2, copper, Vitamin C, and Calcium! Plus it’s bright green so a great way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day 2016!

Grab your juicers and your fresh ingredients and juice with us!

  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Sticks of Celery
  • 1 Knuckle of ginger (less if this is too strong!)
  • 1/4 Lemon (peel left on)
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Turmeric

Juice all the fruit and vegetables and add the cinnamon and turmeric to your juice once it’s ready. Give it a stir and drink it down with a straw. It’s tasty, it’s zingy, and you’ll feel the benefit straight away! Don’t forget to SHARE this recipe for your friends and family to feel the benefits!
