A very simple yet tasty green juice recipe for newbies

People who have never tasted green juice, their first thoughts probably are, “I know it’s healthy, but I’m sure it’s bitter too.”  Depending on the ingredients used to make green juice, it can be very tasty, especially when you add fruit to the mix. The benefits of drinking green juice are increased energy, weight loss and an improved immune system. So take the challenge and give it try…you just might like it and enjoy the benefits as well.

Probably the most delicious thing I’ve accidentally made.

This is for beginners that are looking for a green juice that tastes great. It’s sweet while having a nice citrus flavor to it.

If you have a masticating juicer, this will come out just like in the picture. If you have a centrifuge juicer, you may not be able to get much juice out of the spinach. You can still try it, but don’t be surprised if it shoots all of the spinach in the bin and a few drops come out. You can always juice everything except the spinach, then finish it in a blender with the spinach.
